3.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the phmasaya platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. phmasaya reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 When registering your phmasaya account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process.
3.3 KYC documentation accepted by phmasaya includes, but is not limited to: Philippine National ID, SSS/GSIS card, PhilHealth card, driver's license, passport, or voter's ID. phmasaya may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your phmasaya account is your sole responsibility. Notify phmasaya support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phmasaya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. phmasaya will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security on your end.
4.1 phmasaya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account verification status.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to one (1) banking day.
4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and associated with your verified phmasaya account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
4.4 phmasaya operates in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All account balances, game stakes, and winnings are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4.5 phmasaya does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges. phmasaya is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Note: phmasaya reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large deposit amounts as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations under applicable Philippine law.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used for deposits to your phmasaya account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name.
5.2 All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phmasaya will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not been fully verified.
5.3 Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours following verification. VIP-tier accounts may qualify for expedited processing. Processing times may be extended during Philippine public holidays or peak periods.
5.4 phmasaya reserves the right to implement withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
5.5 If phmasaya has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms in connection with a withdrawal request, phmasaya may delay, suspend, or refuse the withdrawal pending investigation. phmasaya will notify the Player of such action to the extent permitted by law.
6.1 phmasaya may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
6.3 phmasaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
6.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, or per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. phmasaya may withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
6.5 phmasaya reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion and to reclaim bonus amounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.
7.1 All games available on the phmasaya platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 Random number generator (RNG) based games on the phmasaya platform use certified RNG technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on request.
7.3 Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and governed by the rules of the respective card or table game as stated on screen. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game, the round may be voided and all bets returned to Players' accounts.

9.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.
9.3 During a self-exclusion period, phmasaya will use reasonable technical means to block the excluded Player from accessing their account. Any marketing communications will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion.

10.1 All content on the phmasaya platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, and visual elements, is the exclusive property of phmasaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phmasaya platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of phmasaya.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmasaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 phmasaya's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct losses arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player to their phmasaya account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phmasaya is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government authority.
12.1 phmasaya may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other Players or the integrity of the platform.
12.2 Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to phmasaya's right to set off any amounts owed by the Player.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their phmasaya account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the phmasaya platform, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through phmasaya's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected].
13.3 If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either Party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.1 phmasaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the phmasaya platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
